I believe the 61 Starfire only came in a convertible.

For 1961, the re-introduced Starfire did indeed come in only 1 model, a convertible.

Not only this, but for 1961, the Starfire was an 88. It was not its own series (which would happen in 1962), but rather was a part of the Super 88 line, so it was officially a Super 88 Starfire, although I doubt Olds referred to it that way very often.

While that is indeed true and correct, even after the SF became a separate model line, it remained nothing more than a "gussied up 88!"
