1959 Oldsmobile 98 coupe survivor

I recently moved to downtown Montreal and no longer have to space to keep both my 1959 Pontiac and Oldsmobile. For personal reasons, I am keeping the Pontiac, so the Oldsmobile has to go.

Car is in Quebec, Canada. I put it on eBay with a reserve equivalent to my asking price locally: 14500$ USD.

So sorry to see you have to give this up. Hope it goes to someone who can really appreciate it. GLWS

Back on eBay after a couple of guys made tons of promises but never turned up with the money..

So, no pulling of the ad, no promises, you want it, come and see it with cash in hand, and first person who pays for it gets it.

Thanks!

That car is worth every penny of what you're asking. If I were looking for a '59 Olds, you would have had your money yesterday. Probably just as well I didn't have it. I could not resist restoring it closer to perfection. I would totally paint this car, in the exact correct colors and fix every cosmetic defect on it I could. Eventually I would pull the engine and restore and detail the engine compartment as well. On the up side, I would never never modify it from original equipment. No resto-mod, or mild custom, or hot rod for me.

In looking at the pics on ebay it appear the headliner is the factory original Starlite foam? Is that correct?

Too bad you wouldn't be interested in a trade, I'd give you my 67 Buick Wildcat convertible for it.
Gorgeous car, good luck with the sale.
