What the H does this mean?

"Rust free" means just that. There aren't various levels of rust-free-ness. The term is an absolute. The car is either rust-free or it's not. I think he's saying that the car has some rust, but very little considering the car's age. But he doesn't want to say this out loud.

probably wants to say rot free, there is a big difference between rust and rot, you can find some evidence of rust on just about any car even a new one.
