'73 Olds Omega hatchback
I have a 1973 Oldsmobile Omega hatchback. P/S, P/B, Factory A/C car. 350 4bbl Rocket motor. 125,000 miles. Body is in decent shape. Has a little rust under the hatchback. Floor boards are solid, as are rockers. Interior is pretty shredded. The car runs very well, and drives. Clear Ca. title.
This is one of 53 Doctor Oldsmobile Omega's built in 73 all with vin code KL3 All were built in Van Nuys California and were sold at Century Oldsmobile in Van Nuys California.
Car is 100 complete, and in original condition. Good place to start a restoration.
I'm looking to get $3,000 obo

Cool car, but photos would help. FYI, the "one-of-53" myth refuses to die. Also, it's "K3L", not "KL3". This refers to the fifth, sixth, and seventh positions of the VIN. The "K" in position five simply means the car came with an Olds 350. Thousands of Omegas were built with the 350 motor. The "3" in position six is the model year. Every single 1973 GM car has a "3" in that position. The "L" in position seven means that the car was built in Van Nuys. Again, thousands of Omegas were built in Van Nuys in 1973. What the interwebs fails to clarify is that while the alleged 53 cars came with ""K3L" in the VIN, they weren't the only ones. Thousands of other cars also came that way. And the "Doctor Oldsmobile" special is simply decals that the dealer put on. Good luck with the sale.
