1968 Olds 98 for sale
Selling my first project car. (Better pics uploaded.) Located in Hedgesville WV (actually closer to Spring Mills WV - outside of Hagerstown, MD)
All body work professionally completed. Rear bumper replaced. Fender skirts replaced and primed. Rear window removed/resealed. Quadrajet carb rebuilt. This car is ready for a fresh coat of paint!
Still needs a few cosmetic (interior - front seat and headliner) and mechanical (heater control, wipers) taken care of.
Asking $5,500, but will entertain any reasonable offer. NADA values it at between $4,400 and $11,000. I'm just attempting to recoup the money invested.

It doesn't do us much good when you tell us that a town we've never heard of is near another town we've never heard of. 
I google-mapped it. You're way over in the eastern part of the state about 20 miles west of Hagerstown, Maryland. THAT'S the kind of thing people need to know.
