1968 442 DFW TX matching number 4-speed project buckets gauges

This is going to be long so read all through it.
I posted looking for a frame earlier but I think I am just going to sell it as is.
I have had this car for several years and the can just keeps getting kicked down the road. I just need to let it go to gain some space. It was wrecked in the front at one time and a few parts were collected to fix it but was never put back together. I do have a clear title for it.
Good:
-Matching number 4-speed car. Original complete engine was left outside and was frozen up by the elements. I tore the engine down for inspection and it was 100 original and had never been apart. I broke some of the pistons getting it apart but the block looks good. Some of the clys have minor pitting that will easily clean up with a bore. There is one cly that pitting was a little deeper. I am pretty sure a bore will clean it up too but worst case it would only need one sleeve. Engine is back together without most of the pistons and rods for ease of transport
-it does a have the original electronic distributor but the housing is broken from someone trying to rotate while frozen. (a good welder could repair) I do have a correct 68 4-speed points distributor to go with it too
-Muncie trans was stored indoors
-console car the housing is busted but the plate and lid are good parts
-tach and gauges still in car and unmolested
-nice set of driver quality bucket seats
-solid roof, doors, floors, trunk floor, rockers, firewall and lower cowl
-nice bumper cores
-nice core support
-69-72 disc brakes
-4 good 68/69 fenders the best ones will only need lower patches
-good hood that will only need minor body work
-rear sway bar and control boxed control are still in it
-great oem colors
-chrome and stainless all there and in pretty good shape
Bad:
-The car was wrecked and it does have some minor frame damage mostly on the driver front. I am pretty sure a good frame guy could fix but in the last few hours I received leads to several $250-400 frames so that is always an option
-some parts were collected but sill missing some parts. I have the bare core support but no radiator or any grill lamp parts. The shifter and back seat are missing. The seat belts are gone. The back glass was busted out and door and 1/4 interior panels were laying in the trunk and got wet and ruined.
-minor rust at the bottom of back window and windshield
-rust around the rear wheel openings of the 1/4 panels
-about 12" of the RH rear 1/4 and 4" corner of the deck lid skin were cut away. (not sure why I think there was minor body damage in the corner that someone cut out to repair?)
-decklid needs replaced or inner skin needs some rust repair
-at one time someone stole the 442 tear axle out of it and now has a 2.73 TA coded vista cruiser axle (I do have a local friend that has a TM code 3.41 anti-spin axle out of a 68 that could be packaged with the deal if interested)
Overall its a great car well worth saving I just don't have the time to be the saver of this one. Will button it up as best as I can for east of transport. First $4000.00 cash takes it
