'69 W-31 - Not Mine

That many miles on that rear end 4.33 it must have been pulled right after buying it. My 64 F-85 with a 68 4.33 rear I did get on the freeway but got off the next exit and went back home. And if raced it would never have that many miles.

You are spoiled by modern day OD transmission. My Uncle drove his 1969 Z-28 with 4.11 gears from Detroit to Florida every winter when it was new until he sold it to his brother in 1976. He then drove it everywhere the same way.
4.33s are just perfect in that car. Rpm hurts nothing but the wallet.

No documentation makes that a tough one. Very cool car. A lot of green but still like it. I agree with Dave. Pull the next shift hard and embrace the 4:33’s! My six pack Superbee has 4:10’s. All good. Only thing is it’s a lot of money if there’s no way to prove it’s a real deal W31. Al

Sure looks like it. I doubt many were ordered in that color. Has to be the same car. A very helpful bit of information for a member who might be interested. $69K is too much doe for a car like that lacking any real documentation. I would say $50 is tops. Al

A poster on the forum owned and restored the car. There are a few other threads around this car. If memory serves me correct, the gentleman who restored it didn't have physical documentation, however, there was a decent amount of history to support the color and options.

It wont be my $50K. No docs no dice.
