Barn Find: 1970 Olds Delta88 Convertible w/W33 Package?

Barn Find: 1970 Olds Delta88 Convertible w/W33 Package?
(NOT A W-33). It does have all the correct components for a 1970 Delta 88 Convertible. 455 Numbers Matching w turbo 400 trans and posi rear. Dual exhaust and AC. Just not a W-33 car/confirmed. Price adjusted to $4500.00
The original owner passed away last year. This car was garaged since 1988 by him. I personally knew the original owner who told me he ordered this car with the police intercepter package. Car has positraction rear, dual exhaust, in cabin hood lock and 4 barrel carb, factory painted blue valve covers. Car has AC. What's amazing about this car is how dry it is. The only rust found is a few small spots in the trunk pan. Otherwise, no rust on frame or rockers or doors or rear fenders or floors. Everything works when hooked up to a battery. Top seems new and works just fine. Disk breaks up front. Interior is very clean. The owner of this car sold it to me as I intended to restore the car but after two years of sitting in my garage, I'd like to pass this project along. Need the room in the garage for other projects.
I'm posting here 1st - then bring a trailer - then crags list - then eBay (gasp).
I'm asking 5k (4500 04.20 price drop) for the car.
The car is not running with engine condition unknown.

Very nice car. I'd consider it myself if circumstances were different.
