OK, I can't take it anymore.... Is it going to take a Chevy guy to give this old girl a chance to live again? I'm in for $5,000.00 if you include delivery to Ft.Wayne, Indiana. I can't go out to my stash of parts and dig up ANYTHING this car is missing, but I'm willing to give it a shot. Stefano, You in?

The price for the car is listed @ $5,500.00.

Troy is next in line.

Thanks

Not a bad starting price for a solid rare car. I'm thinking it will take $15K to restore it and end up with $30K car.

I keep looking at this car since a Rallye is what I need to round out the collection. Based on my last two restos, to get it in similar condition would be right at about 40K.

Do it. We love to see you start a new major build thread in addition to your prior 3 threads. If you get it, I'd be willing to sell you a complete front clip (including correct hood and air cleaner setup) & spoiler. I really like to see this car restored. Its too bad Adam just sold his mint black door panels set.

Even if someone does a mild restore on it, and not top of the line...somebody save this thing. Lots of guys out there who know what they are doing mechanically and they don't want to spend $50k - perfect chance to put something together relatively cheap. Numbers and documentation. I like it.

Interesting note. There was a build card in the passengers side bucket seat back, but rodents had eaten it up so that nothing was legible.

The Rallye is Sold Pending payment, along with a back up deal. So it should be moving along to a new home. Both individuals want to restore and save it.... so that is Kool.

If anyone has an original "mint" 4 speed hump, I will be needing one as I have left the original one in this Rallye.
