66 Shorty Toro on Denver CL, not mine but cool

This ones not mine but reminds me of the parking lot Toronado I saw at the Olds Museum in Lansing at the 105th.

1966 Oldsmobile Toronado Custom "Shorty" - $2800 (Loveland)

This is a 1966 Oldsmobile Toronado "CUSTOM SHORTY". This is a running, driving car. The car has been shortened 10" by removing 10" through the middle of the doors. The quality of the welding and fabrication is excellent!. Very professionally done. The front fenders have also been altered at the very front. The sleek look of the original Toronado is still there! The later model Olds 455 engine runs excellent. The transmission and final drive are original '66 Toronado. The car needs interior and paint. At this point the car is ready for you to finish as you would like. The expensive, hard work is done! When finished, this car will be a unique, show winning custom and attention getter. A '66-'67 parts car would be helpful. The car has a good, clear, Colorado title. $2800.00. Tom Loveland 970-461-1476 or 970-215-0725. PHONE CALLS ONLY!

I can just picture that thing at a car show now... No one there (besides an Olds guy) would know it was altered!

... and this is a '66 Toronado.

So which one would "remind" the observer of the other?

Hmmmmmm you have been hanging with lawyers lol . Point taken I guess he could have thrown the rear windo from a 73 Riviera which would then remind me of a 64 vette

Wanna bet?

AMC only made TWO SEAT AMXs for 1968-1970. Starting in 1971 the AMX was an option package on the Javelin, and later the Eagle or whatever the Hornet body became. Sound familiar?
