1964 Oldsmoble Dynamic 88 $2000
Is $2,000 a resonable offer for this car (my craigslists listing)? I already have the convertible so I dont think I want to restore this hard top like I had originally planned.

According to the June issue of the Old Cars Price Guide, a '64 Dynamic 88 two-door hardtop in non-running but restorable condition is worth about $2500, so at first blush your asking price of $2000 seems very reasonable. With no motor, your car is certainly not running, and the non-stock transmission will likely not help the value, either, although at least there IS a transmission.
Some of the trim pieces look very good, especially the bumpers, which are often rusted through, especially in the rear, on the full-size '64s. Someone restoring a '64 Starfire, for instance, might find it worth buying just for the bumpers and other useable trim.
But, as I say, your price appears reasonable, and you ought to let it sit on the market for a while and see what happens. "Getting back what you have in it" is a common hope among sellers of old cars, and it's not always realized. The world is not always fair. Good luck.
