Shout-out to Fusick Automotive

I wanted to thank Fusick Automotive Products for their exceptional service. A while back I purchased the woodgrain laminate that goes on the floor console around the shifter up towards the dash. I was attempting to install it last weekend and was talking to the wife at the same time. Well that didn't work very well and I damaged the laminate so that it could not be used. I was not very happy since the product cost me $69. The following day I called Fusick's and reordered another one. I explained to the gentleman what had happened and that my lack of attention was getting costly. After a quick chuckle he said he would replace it for free. He stated normally people try to say the product was faulty when it was sent to them and want a free replacement. He said he really appreciated my honesty and wanted to help me out. His response made my day! Fusick's has definitely earned more of my future business.
Our human nature makes us tend to bash people/products/companies for what we perceive as bad service or products more than we compliment them for good service or products. I feel Fusick's went above and beyond the norm and wanted to thank them for it.
I received the new piece in the mail today!!

Did much of my '68 through Fusick and now that my '69 is underway I'll be doing a lot of it through Fusick as well. Good, solid business ethics at Fusick.

Look you cannot find a better company to deal with in my book, and you have to be really, really, really, good to be in my good book. Dave and all the staff are the best, par none. I had a stripped out door crank handle and Dave took it from my hand and gave me a better improved handle as they had a problem with the vendor and switched suppliers and it was no charge!

You da best Fusick!

I went to install a 68 inner shifter boot two years after I purchased it and it was dry rotted. They replaced it for free

BTW they have all their customers info on everything they've ever purchased. If you're ever wondering if you already bought something and maybe you just can't find it they can tell you

I have always recommended Fusick, they were very helpful when I got my 63 and as some of you know there are not many choices for big Olds parts.

No doubt Fusicks is a class act!!! The nice thing about them is they're real Olds nuts not just people on the phone taking orders(the parts place comes to mind) I've had some issues with some of the parts, like we've all had & they've always taken care of me! Great bunch of people, not always the cheapest, but their customer service is second to none!!

Great company in my own back yard. The staff has been in place a long time
and really knows Olds parts and models.

Very pleased with Fusick through the years. They have a whole big catalog of parts that actually fit my 56 Super 88.

They are the go to place for anything Olds and always the best to deal with. How do you beat that combination?

@Jagwhire - your Cutlass looks beautifully restored! Very nice!!
