very sensitive brakes....

66 olds f85....after adjusting the brakes....and i changed the brake booster...master cylinder is the same one thats been on it for years juice can type...but now the brakes are too sensiive....all i have to do is touch it easy with my foot and im like through the windshield.....anyone help??
i did adjust the rod at the pedal so that it has movement before engaging....what hole should i put the clevis pin in ...top or bottom hole...can that help..its on the bottom right now..

I had the same problem on a 65 Gto were thy power all along ? I was told my master was a manual set up put on the booster and that's why it was so sensitive ? That was. 25 plus years ago so. Only going off memory

understand that i never changed the master...it wasnt till ii put the new booster on it.and adjusted the brakes that this thing is super sensitive....ill have to play with the brake adjustmet some more..i guess.
unless anyone has any other ideas?

try to just remove to vac form the booster one and see what it does ? I cant 100% remember why mine was like that too tap the brakes and all four would lock up. Is the booster for a single vs dual master the same ? is the Booster for a disk vs drum the same ?

One hole is for power, and one is for manual. Which hole was it in?

single booster.....according to the ebay it is the same for either...
