Weird noises!?!

Hey guys I need some expertise here...I have a 72 supreme with front drums. It’s making a weird whooshing noise as I drive. I changed the drums, shoes, wheel bearings and I just double checked all my work today . It almost sounds like the wheel is loose so I changed the rims (went from mags back to the ss2). Still no luck. Almost feels loose up front. Could it just be the shoes Mateing to the drum? Thanks! -Chris

"Wooshing" is difficult to understand. If you could post a small audio clip it would help.

Sounds like either the heater box vacuum vent leak coming from under the dash or the brake booster diaphragm is leaking. How does the brake pedal feel ? Does the pedal go down past the gas pedal ?
