New disc/drum brake install 1972 cutlass
Hi everyone! I am planning on sitting down this week with my 72 cutlass 350 and getting my inline tube power front disc brake conversion with rear drums kit installed and connected to their new lines. It is the kit with the proportioning valve mounted on the master cylinder. I don't have any instructions and the assembly manual won't help since the plumbing is different. Can anyone direct me to a good thread here? Thanks!

A couple of thoughts....
1. In-line tube has a tech support page that can be accessed from the top of their website.
2. The front wheel lines to the Prop valve will fit in a very similar manner as the originals did to the master.
3. The line from the prop valve to the rear line is easy to follow.
4. The tough one is the long line down the driver side frame rail to the rear wheels. You may find that it's easier to install if you cut and re-flair the line.
5. Finally. If I remember correctly, The Right Stuff Detailing website may have a better set of instructions for their kit....I assume their kit is about the same.

Thank you Dave! Do you have any photos from your car, assuming you have this kit on your car? I have the long lines all
attachred to the rear wheels but it's the prop valve and mc area that's got me confused. Thanks so much!

Dave could i trouble you for a few more photos from the engine side of the pro valve and how exactly it attaches to the bracket that's attached to the power booster. Thanks so much!

Dave, I have attached some photos of my unit. Does your bracket look different than mine? I have two holes in my valve too so maybe I'm good, although if I line them up with my bracket the valve will be on an angle in relation to the front/back plane of the car. Maybe i have the bracket on wrong?
