Front drum brakes

I have a 62 dynamic, the front drums are seized. I have tried everything I know short of drilling out the holding pins and removing the wheel cylinder bolts. Any ideas that will help?

Have you removed the outer wheel bearing? Are you saying it will not turn?
What have you tried?

Why haven't you disconnected the brake line, unscrewed the cylinder screws, and cut the heads off of the retaining pins (all you usually need to do is to grab the heads with a pair of nippers and use a hacksaw blade or a whizzer, or just give a good squeeze on the nippers)?

If the shoes are stuck to the drums, or just can't be retracted out of the wear groove, it's pretty much the only way, and it's easy.

Not knowing your experience, you are not trying to remove the drum like the rear drum comes off, right?
