'87 Cutlass leaking

When it rains heavy I get a damp carpet on my '87 Cutlass Supreme 2 door, both sides. I thought it would be the base of the windshield but it isn't. It's coming from somewhere else.
I removed the windshield base chrome reveal and everything looks good. No corrosion. What do I have to do?

Clean out the condensate drain tube at the bottom of the HVAC box on the firewall.
