car looks nice but the hood looks different is it a regular hood made into a w-25 style or an aftermarket w-25 hood

It looks to me like it was a regular hood that they added the scoops on. They actually did a pretty good job, too. I think it looks pretty good.

Yeah I thought it looked good too, it caught my eye because the leading edge of the scoops is reversed when compared to an original style

The person who did it , did a good job. I tried that bout 30 years ago, never finished.

It is a stock metal hood that's been modified. Unfortunately, moving the scoop inlets further back from the edge like that puts them in a LOW pressure area, negating any benefit. In fact, most hood scoops from the musclecar era were designed for looks, not performance. The Olds W-25 hood and the 1965 Mercury Cyclone hood are two exceptions.

Amen joe about the functioning of hoods our hood is one of the leaders in airflow pressure. I think the front edge looks very different also,The lines are different to the fenders unlike others.
