how to remove a dashboard

I'm trying to remove my dash so I can wrap it with some vinyl anybody got any directions

From your previous posts I think you've got a 1970 Cutlass. If so, check out this thread and let us know if you still have questions about any of the steps.

Something you should take into account is it will take some time to remove the dash pad. The dash insert is also bolted to the dash pad. If your car has AC then accessing the nuts on those studs can be a real PITA. Just work slowly and methodically. Take pics as you go just in case.

When I pulled the dash from a 71 CS at the boneyard last year I found that pulling the harness and AC controls at the same time made the job go a lot faster. Less things to undo. Note that in some of John's linked pics that's what he has done also.
