Rust inhibitor in trunk lid skin

Rust inhibitor in trunk lid skin
I am looking for a product that can be sprayed into the opening of the trunk lid to inhibit rust. I don't want to have to remove the trunk lid skin. There are some pin hole around the edge of the trunk skin and surface rust on the interior side of the panel. I have used the Eastwood Frame aerosol and I am leaning towards using this on the trunk and hood. I haven't looked at the doors yet but they will probably need the same treatment.
Any suggestions from the pros?
