1976 442 rear bumper

Hi guys, since I moved I'm now very from any body work shop or wreckage yard. So I would like to ask my question here. That bumper and components are still reparable? Will the bumper return 100% to its original shape after good repairing or bumps will still shown?

My experience with these cars says find a new bumper from a not rust belt area. I have seen more than a few with the rear bumper gone because the backing rotted out and it fell off. (happened to mine)
That is a bad hit and it would cost a ton more to fix it than the bumper is worth.
