You can get a quarter panel skin from a parts car but you have to have some fabrication, welding and metalworking skills to do it. If it's just caved in I'd pull the dents and metal finish it.

Is it beat up bad around the fender crown or taillight area? Pic will help us tell you which route to take.

Photos would definitely help a lot.... If the damage is not near any major defined body lines, pulling may be a good option, otherwise you may be looking at replacing the quarter or section of the quarter.....

Often even if replacing a quarter panel you need to pull the damaged one somewhat straight to make is so the replacement panel will mount up.

Did it get the lock pillar and/or dogleg in front of the wheel opening? and if it did, can you open and shut the door?

It's a fixer. Will take someone with true body work skills but yes that can be fixed.

That can be fixed as long as the metal is strong enough to be pulled. if anything the dog leg can be sectioned in and the upper portions repaired.

i fixed this just last week at work. metal was actually pretty thick for a newer car. Normally we would replace the panel BUT there was not readily available replacement and none in the salvage yards local. Due to time constraints in a production body shop they opted to repair it. Metal straightening is my specialty in our shop so it became my baby lol. With 50 hrs of booktime which also included the doors and trim im only in it 17 so far. not too shabby.

No worse than that dent is, you could pull it out with a lot less work than replacing it even if you had a replacement quarter panel.
