Should a 68 Cutlass S Conv have Wheelwell Trim and Rocker Moldings?

Trying to sort out what I need for my 68 Cutlass Conv. Is the car suppose to have wheelwell trim and rocker moldings? My car doesn't have either and the mounting holes are not there or have been filled.

Thanks in advance,
Tom

I've seen them both ways, and I think they were extra-cost option. Lot of trim and options that we now take for granted cost extra to get back then.

If you see no holes on the wheelwell lip for mouldings, the car likely never had them.

Thanks Rocketraider. I know the quarters have been replaced, but I figure the holes should still be there in the outer wheelwell lip (unless they were welded up). The fenders appear original with no holes. I may add the trim if I can find a set.
