Rear Quarters ‘55 vs. ‘56
I had posted a thread last week in which I was in search of rear quarters for my ‘56. Since there are no suppliers of these panels, I was messaged by one of the members saying that he had cut the quarters off of his ‘55 parts car and that they were available. I was curious if these panels would be similar for both model years. Any insight is appreciated.

Elliot,
I'm looking through the 1957 Master Body Parts Book, and I see a lot of quarter panel parts that are compatible for 1954 and 1955, but only a few inner parts and odds and ends that are compatible for 55 to 56.
Section 12.940, starting at page 270.
