Since I had, and still have, '67 "E" block engines as well as a '66 425,
I bought several sets of .921" lifters several years ago when it was becoming
apparent that these were getting harder to find.
One set is NOS so I feel safe using these.
The others are Sealed Power.
I have some concerns since I've been hearing about the "Chinesium" junk
causing problems.
It's probably been 10 years or more since I bought them.
Does anyone know if the sealed Power lifters fall into the "Chinesium" category?

The ones I had issues with were purchased new in 2012 from Egge. They were awesome and replaced them for me. Can't help with the Sealed Power question but thought you would like to know at least that part of the story.

Most likely they are Chinese.

the chinese lifters from kanter and egge are VL59 and crap. I was luckey to have an 8 qt pan on break in. Call hylift-johnson direct and buy there lifters as that is what corrected my problem.

Kanter is giving me crap about sending my VL 59 lifters in to be inspected and i told them they better put them in an engine and try them. I am going to send them in and wait to get screwed by them saying they are fine!.
