Yes. You will either need a starter for the cutlass or to change the nose on the Toro starter to a RWD nose. Also make sure to remove all of the Toro mounting hardware and use the engine mounts for the 350 in your Cutlass. You will also need to use the Exhaust for the Cutlass as the Toro manifolds are incompatible.
If you want to use headers that's OK too.
You can probably get by with the TH350 for now, but unless its had some work done to it I would either have it gone through and beefed up a bit, or source a TH400. If you do the latter you will need a new drive shaft and yoke as well as parking brake cables (if you use them) because the crossmember needs to move back for the TH400.

The oil pan clears. You do not need to change it. Use the accessory brackets, pulleys, and water pump from the 350 as a matched set on the 455. Use the 350 motor mounts that match your frame mounts (Anchor P/N 2261 if you need new ones). You will either need headers or exhaust manifolds for a 455 in an A-body. Swap the nose from the 350 starter onto the Toro starter to make a high torque RWD starter. That's about all there is to it.

You swap the adapter with the one off of the SBO .

Toros were Oldsmobile's top-of-the-line and the engines typically were rated a few HP more than the equivalent engines in full size cars. Don't confused rated HP with actual, however.
