Long or short water pump?

Which water pump do I use for a 455 with A/C? So confusing

depends on the year. 71 and later use a 6.1

70 and older use the 5.6


MOST IMPORTANTLY, it depends on your pulley codes as to what will work.

I have a 71, not sure about the pulley code. I do have the triple grove pulleys.

for accuracy you must be sure of the pulley part number or letter codes

clean and read 'em, or measure OD and width and consult my database which is emailed upon request
