'70 Delta 88 with 455 won't start

Hey guys, Im new to this site and new to working on cars. I have a '70 Delta 88 with a 455 that won't start. I have put in a new battery and starter. It tries to start, but seems like gas isn't getting into the engine. I recently had a new gas tank installed as well.
I was wondering if anyone could walk me through what to check for or have had similar problems to help me out. I would really appreciate all the help I can get, she needs to be driven!

Thanks for the everything,
al

Well, pull the air cleaner and operate the throttle linkage and see if you have fuel. Then check for spark by pulling a spark plug wire and holding it against ground.

Let us know!
