size of vacuum hoses 1970 Toro
hi guys,
i'm planning to completly overhaul the vacuum system on my toro (cruise control, brake booster and every other hose coming out of the intake manifold)
i got the manual with the vacuum hose routing..thats not the problem..but i cant find the sizes i need to use...like the diameter...the length is not that important...but the diameter is. so do u guys have any idea..or something like an overview?
i'm many miles away from my car..so i cant meassure myself...but i need to order them quickly.
thy and bye

I'm gonna go with 1/8'' fuel line, that's what i used, make sure 1/8'' is stamped on it, because i believe that's the inner size of the tube, not the actual diameter of the rubber stuff.
You might also wanna pick up some 3/8'' fuel line for the rest of it.
Not sure if you have PCV on your toronado, but that's all 3/8's on my car (72) but if you havn't replaced your fuel line for awhile and you're already cutting tubes, may as well to avoid future issues.
