water in cylinder
I hav e a 69 442, I left my car at a shop to be painted,i told the owner to keep car inside as it was apart. I wrapped the engine to keep it safe as was just rebuilt.when I went to check on car found it outside, raised hell.they put it back inside.eventually took car out of shop because not happy, when I got car home tried to turn engine by hand to keep free, water came out of spark plug holes on two cylinders, motor did turn over a little.pulled off heads found corrosion inside got most cleaned up,but one cylinder concerns me,don't want to tear completely down,or replace engine .car is original numbers matching, any suggestions?

water came in through carb air cleaner when guy left outside and covering came off, don't know how long it was like that before I checked on car and screamed about it !! was supposed to be kept inside with engine covered with plastic over engine and tarp over entire car.

It depends on how severe the corrosion is. Post a picture if you can. Best case scenario may be remove the piston in the cylinder in question, hone that cylinder and check the result.
Sorry to hear and good luck!!!
