That question was asked here about a month ago.

I used to know it. I figured it out, and used it on my own engine.
However, I can't find the place where I wrote it down.

The manual advises the use of a custom-made height gauge, which allows you to measure exactly, but they do not give the actual height, so that you can make the gauge yourself.

I really wish I could remember where I wrote that down...
