Source for front cover stud

Looking for a vendor that has the double ended stud that goes through the upper hole on the timing marker. 3/8"-16 on both ends with a long hex center. One of the few fasteners that I reused. Attempted anyway. Snapped at 20 lbs! Inline Tube does not have this particular stud in their set.

Mine does not use a spacer. Just a long hexagonal area. Passed on it thinking it was for a different application and ordered all but the studs from AMK. Looks like they are out of stock at Inline Tube. Will look around. Thanks!
