All except rear main journals grooved 030 deep and 360 degrees oil hole to oil hole, in previous post "67OAI" said they were grooved to improve oil enhancement on race engines, my question is will this crank work for a street engine?

Yes. The grooved mains crank will be ok to use in a street engine. You would see that the grooves match up to the grooves in the main bearings. Of course that crank will need a good cleaning and polishing at the least. Get it checked for cracks and straitness.
