'66 425 D block, B heads

I saw this engine posted for sale locally and was curious if anybody could give me details on the engine. It would be going into a '65 Vista Cruiser in place of the 330. It would be paired up with a 350 transmission. He put an offenhauser intake on it.

Kind of hard to give you details without more info. D block and B heads are correct for a 1966 425. If it's from a RWD application, it should have 0.842" lifters on a 45 deg bank angle. If it's from a Toro it should have 0.921" lifters on a 39 deg bank angle. All 425s came with a forged crank. The Offy intake can be thrown away. Most of them are crappy designs.

You must live in Minnesota. I saw that same engine on Craigslist.
