Anyone know where you can get a 4 core copper/brass radiator for a 72 455 auto 442 convertible that is not $400 plus. Seems outrageous to me that a 4 row copper/brass OE radiator now seems to be $4-500+ everywhere you look. Most of the "replacement" stuff out there is plastic tanks with an aluminum core... No way I am putting that on this car.

I was able to get one of these a few years back. Not from this company but it may be worth a shot.

I have seen that radiator from Spectra Premium, it is copper/bronze, but it is a 2 row radiator... At least that is how they list it in the website.

It's a 4 core for sure. You need to have them put eyes on it though. Check out this thread.

Price of copper has gone way up. There's only 2 places that make the original cores. One is in Maine. I paid 400 ea. to have both of mine done and was happy to pay that. Other places wanted 700+.
