I was wondering what is the prefered method of setting the the kick down cable on a 200R4.

I have read how you smack it to the floor and that adjusts it!
Ok Yeah right the car needs to be fiddled with one or two notches at a time.
I wish there was an easier way tio do this than pull over, pop the hood, do my thing and go!

The trans is rebuilt and it will slam second if I push it.

Any ideas thanks?

Sorry, I've never done this yet, but there is a static adjustment you can do before driving the car. Good luck
