Gold Hood Black Stripes on a Sherwood Green 442?
Would a gold hood with black thick stripes ever come with a Sherwood Green 442? I'm looking a possibly purchasing a car, they said the hood was original, but I'm struggling to believe this... what do you think?

I was looking at a clean black 69 442 in a garage one day and I noticed it had no wheelwell trim on the rear wheels. They told me it came that way from the factory so they were leaving it that way because thats' how it was originally. I decided not to argue with a moron.
