Just wondering what the difference is between original and aftermarket grills?

original 1970 442 grills

the after market grills don't fit correctly, where they meat up in the center of the front, the meeting angle is off ,screw holes are off.......and a few other issues with the copies...............

I have a nos pass. side one and a really nice used dr. side one any idea what they would be worth? im looking for some nice 70 cutlass grills if anyone has some.
