Chrome smoothies

So, I recently purchased a 62' starfire. The lady I purchased it from had just put on new Coker Classic radials size 225/75R14's. i would like to save some green and re-use these tires but here is my problem:

(please correct me if I am wrong) The original rims for this car were 14X8.5 with a 5X5 (127mm) bolt pattern. I can't seem to find anyone who sells a chrome smoothie in this size. Actually, I cant hardly find any 14" rims that aren't truck rims. If you know of a good site please provide a link. Also, with 225 tires do I have to use an 8.5" rim or can I search for 8" or 7" rims too?

Any help with these 2 things would be greatly appreciated!!!

Finding a direct fit 5 on 5 without the unilug pattern is getting tough. Check out Wheel Vintiques or even Summit racing for smoothies. Oh- and the stock rim is 14X6

Thanks for the correction. I wasnt aware a 225 tire would fit on a 14x6 rim. I assume they are the stock rims, everything else (except the new interior and top) seems to be original to the car. Thanks again!

If your going to buy new wheels, I might suggest 15's as the tire selection is still well supported.

That might be the way to go ... 15" rims ... The 14" radius isn't the problem, it's the 5x5 bolt pattern that is the odd-ball. It was so rarely used outside of trucks and mini-vans.
