Help needed decoding a wheel number

Can someone tell me the application for the SSII / SSIII wheel data shown in the picture ? The Oldsmobilty.com page I have does not go up to 903.

1974 was the last of the bolt-in center wheels and 1975 was the first of the snap-in centers. I don't think they'd have the same number.
