Hi, I have a 1951 Olds Club Coupe. When I removed the rear bumper, I saw that the brackets where directly bolted to the bumper itself. As far as I know thereīs always a rupper between them. I didnīt find any for example at Fusick. Does anybody have picture of this rubber (if thereīs one at all), or is there an address where I can get them? I fear it will be the same with the front bumper. The bolts with the chrom cap are crap as well.

Keine nicht rupper. Just paint the brackets up, assemble, that's it. If the rear bumper is good, paint the rear area to help extend the life as these rust out from the rear, under the chrome. The outer two bolts are decorative, like rivets with clips to fasten them. Good luck on bolts, the well made examples with chrome plated stainless caps are drying up. Fusick does offer bumper bolts:

Thanks for the answer...Here are pictures of both bumpers...the front one has some kind of inlay where the bracket is bolted to.

The rear one has nothing, the inner bolt was not used. If Iīd put a bolt in it the bracket it would bend extremly and I couldnīt slide it along the frame...
