What model 1935 Oldsmobile?
Hi all,
Just got a lead on a 1935 Oldsmobile 2 door sedan. I don't know much about the pre-Cutlass years. This is a picture of the car a few years ago. Can anyone tell me what model it is (flathead 6)? It was running up until about 5 years ago and is stored in a metal building now. Any idea on what a fair price is?
Thanks!

It's a model F35 coupe! sport or touring? it's not a business coupe. Value? Consult NADA classic guides to help you, again this is just a guide!

Thanks Pat,
OK, now I own it. I thought some parts were hard to find for my 69 442.........now I'm really getting a lesson! Trying to find brake shoes/brake linings. The ones on the front are really bad and one side is not proper.........really cobbled together, so I can't reline what I have. Searched ebay etc but coming up dry. Any ideas for brake pads?

I found this! A little more than what you want, but it would not be a bad idea to do an overhaul of the system. Just make sure when replacing lines to use proper line wrenches and maybe pre-soak with a rust buster of some sort.

lol
There is no way that is a coupe.Well maybe some guys and maybe even olds advertised as such but most car guys wouldn't think it is.Back in the day a lot of strange ways were used to sell cars. As far as i'm concerned Ancient Iron is correct. That represents a coupe.

kds 69 442, keep an eye on Craigslists from around the country. There was a complete 1936 for sale in my part of the country a while back. It would have made a good parts car, or big project! If parts are really hard to find a parts car might be a good investment. If you do find something near me I'd be happy to check it out for you. John

Tom, Glad you'll be able to make the get together in Fredericksberg. We'll see you there. Eric has been a life saver on getting the ol car up and running. More to go but we're getting there.
