Hello,
I have had some parts laying around for a while and I though that I should put them up for sale. They have been on eBay for a few weeks now. Here are the links to the items. On some of the bigger parts, if you send me a legitimate offer, I will consider it! I just want these parts gone!

All an old parts are from a parts car that I had.

Sorry, but I do not. My original one broke and I ended up replacing it with a new Edelbrock one. Gave me better performance, and batter MPG!

I have a 1966 Toronado. Which edelbrock carb did you use for your Toronado? I was told it would sit too high for the air filter/snorkel. Also the linkages would be off. I'm having a hard time finding a Rochester replacement. Could you give me more info on your situation. Thanks Kevin

Yeah, I can tell you that it didn't go without modifications and a couple problems. The Edelbrock I ended up putting in was Edelbrock 1411. Problem with the Edelbrock is you need that inch spacer between the motor and the carburetor , which unfortunately raises it. I also used the rod that is in the middle of the carburetor to put the wing nut on from the old rochester and it happened to be too tall, so I cut it down and re-threaded it. unfortunately once the air cleaner is on, I have maybe 3-5 thread left to get the wing nut on, but it secures it well!
The other problem I encountered is that the Edelbrock is too wide and when you try to fir the factory air cleaner on, it will not fit on one side. So I cut out a little whole in the air cleaner to allow it to fir on properly. Whether this was a good or bad idea is up for debate, but I just needed to be done at that point.
Also, you cannot slam the hood down, because there is literally like 1/4 inch or so of clearance between the air cleaner and the hood. Unfortunately, when I took my car in to get the transmission serviced, some dumbass slammed the hood down and now I have a nice circle popping out in the middle of my hood that needs to be hammered back down.
So yes, there is a lot of work and problems that goes into getting that Rochester to work. Whether it is worth your time, I don't know, but at least you know what to expect and some pointers to keep you from making my same mistakes.
Hopes this helped you!
