Question Know where to find a rubber bump stop kit?

The car is back home from paint, but the shop couldn't properly line up the hood because I didn't have the rubber bump stops that go in the fender. I figured I would just go online and get them from Soffseal, but they don't have a kit for my car!

Anyone know where to find the rubber fender bump stops and the trunk, door, and gas flap bumpers?!

Thanks!

Keep in mind that a Chevelle uses the same parts.

As mentioned, get them from Fusick a la carte... I think there is a page in their catalog of nothing but rubber parts. I have not seen a multi-piece kit anywhere.

I ordered all mine from bap over a year ago (BEFORE I knew better...) and the hood-fender bumpers were not the right shape (close but too fat - hood would not even close!)
I had to use a sharp razor blade to shape them like the old ones because they said "they all come like that"... That sounded like a lot of bovine feces to me...

At the risk of being redundant

You have a few choices,

1] Travel the mine field of parts suppliers

2] Buy it from knowledgeable reputable people like Fusick.

I really can't say enough nice things about them.

Thanks for all of the recommendations! I know that Soffseal has a kit for Chevelles and GTOs for about $23.00 and they're almost an exact match. I think that doors, trunk, and glove box bumpers all interchange, but the hardest thing to find is the correct bumpers for the fender to hood. I'll download Fusick's catalogue and see what I can piece together. I'm actually suprised at how expensive these little pieces are.

I think I've said that a few million times, like everytime I open one of those little plastic packages.

At least you do not need the Convertible arm rear seals -
those little &#%@! are 20 bucks apiece and you need two per car.
They do not even seem to do much for their price...
Door wiring boots are 25 apiece... Hey, I can go on and on...
(But yet I spend it anyways...)

Go with Fusicks their parts may be pricy but the quality is high and they are good to work with. I bought several small parts for my 57 from them and eveything fit correctly and looked correct as well
