Hooker problems

(not that kind of hooker!)

i picked up a set of headers from a local "Olds Guy" (self proclaimed)

He said they fit 66-67 330cid (and 350s for that matter..) BUt, i have some serious doubts about them.

so... how much work is it to fit a 68-72 350 cid hooker header onto a 67 cutlass 330?

has anyone tried?

I am trying to think of a reason why they would NOT fit and cannot come up with anything. The BB headers they sell fit 1965 thru 1972 Cutlass/442 cars so why wouldnt the SB ones fit the same bodies?...I suggest you try them and tell they guy if they dont fit you will bring em back...seems fair enough to me since he says they will fit. If you succeed let us know as this subject comes up often.

Im guessing the issue lies in the shape of the frame rails on the 66-67 VS 68-72 Cutlass.

i dont know the 68-72 rails well enough to know a difference, but I'll be running a non power steering setup, so i can make things fit if need be.

ill keep all y'all posted.
