Parts ID

I am rebuilding a 1976???? small block 350 However I think this engine has been rebuilt before and parts were intermixed. I have the following castings #. Does anyone know the year of each componet

Block 557752-3B 350 X on side of block

Head 3A 554 GM4

Cam 401346

Crank 556607

You have a 77-80 block, head, and crankshaft probably NOT 76. I can't help with the cam number.

Check your block vin stamping. The first digit will be a 3 it indicates oldsmobile.I believe the second digit is the year. the 3rd will be a letter which is the assembly plant, the remaining numbers will be the serial number of the vehicle in which the engine came from.
