Motor Rebuild Book?

Welcome. You'll get a better response by starting your own thread on this. Your best choice for stock rebuild info is a factory Chassis Service Manual, available used on ebay. Chapter 6 has all the engine information.

looking for rebuild engine manual
Can anyone direct me in finding a book or manual to rebuild a 350 engine out of my 72 Olds F85 2bbl. I took the engine out and was looking to find some illustrations or pictures with details. Thank you.

Here is a thread discussing the Oldsmobile Engine Modification and Tuning Guide. It's definitely worth having if you don't want to do a bone stock rebuild:

The problem would be getting ahold of it now. The E-bay link is no longer good and a quick search doesn't pop up with any promising leads.

1970 Engine Assembly Manual
Here's a copy of a 1970 engine assembly manual that I downloaded from the Wild About Cars website before they started charging for admission. See attachment below.

The OP is asking about rebuilding a STOCK 1972 350 2bbl motor. I strongly recommend sticking with the correct year CSM for that. Unless the OP wants to build a higher output engine, follow the factory procedures.
