I often get one for Auto Liquidators that covers the drop down menus at the top. There is no way to get around it. It is very aggravating. I think it is a regional thing as to what you get. Popups are one thing but this is ridiculous.

Mmmmmmmm... Hamburgers...

But yeah, I'm sure having AdBlockPlus has saved me from gaining a few pounds...

And not to mention the stress of trying not to throw your device across the room...

No stress there - it feels great.

The stress comes from trying to fit all those itty bitty electronic thingies back together afterward.

Firefox and adblock and set up correctly - problem solved.
I call it "neutering the net".

No need to even try.
With all of the surface mount components, fragile multilayer PCBs, tiny flex cables, and sheer copper pads that come off so easily, you cannot really repair them, even with advance technical skills. I tried replacing an ipod nano 4 battery and will never attempt that again. Sledgehammer the device instead and you will feel better.
Long like the Walkman.
