Help with adding pic to thread?

Looked through FAQ's and site info. and can't seem to find out how to add a pic to a thread/post. Can someone please help out.

Hit Post reply
if not in advanced hit Go advanced
scroll down below the reply box to
Manage attachments
click on it and a new box will come up
hit browse then uplaod and wait til the pics are uploaded
close that box and voila

Please be sure to note there is a size limit on pics

Or you can get a account on photobucket and paste the URL, for the image, in the dialog box for the insert image button. it will come out like this
