heres a post

Until you have made five posts and been enrolled for two days you are limited to posting in the new user forum/sub-forums. Make a few more posts and perhaps reply to a few today and tomorrow and then you are in! We do this to prevent spammers, it works very well too.

There may also be other replies, but you will not receive any more notifications until you visit the forum again.

All the best,

You say"Make a few more posts." Help thread is the only place I can Post a thread. No other newuser/subforum works. I cant edit my profile. It kicks me back to log in screen
I have posted a reply to a thread.

Just create a thread in the new user profile and respond 4 times. Shouldn't be too difficult. Just reply to what people say to you. Then you can post anywhere you want. Actually, at this point you only need to respond to something 2 times. You already have 3 posts.
